This article aims to shape out various factors responsible for success as well as story of how a business man developed him?few days back I had a conversation with mr.guneet an exporter with a turnover of above rs.30crores,Who started textile business with an investment of rs.3lakh.he is a b.tech graduate ,Who even had a very successful and strong business background decided to do a business of his own in year 2000.He being an engineer having no knowledge in textiles faced many problems and failed many a times.But now he is doing great and even expanding his business now.he believes punjabis are more enthusiastic and hardworking,given a chance they do tremendous work.He is strongly against the policies and working of government.he believes that everybody must dream something and shuld give a fair try to achieve it.according to him continous market research ,customer satisfaction and coordination of efforts of people in an organisation leads to success of a business.

    well to begin with its really a great achievement with a person who started with his carrier in 2000 and now is having a turnover of 30 crores, he can be a source of inspiration for many upcoming enterpreneur

    Mhh! Well I feel inspired when Mr. Guneet says wiyh no knowledge of the industry he and failures he has managed to still come on top of the game. As students we should really never be afraid to go for it and failures should only inspire us.

    Mr.Guneet started his career in business in textile..and he left his field of engg..and ho got success in his business..so his versatality and hard work made him successful,which is crucial for everyone to achieve success in his life..
